“Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell”

“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. “For what my wife and I were looking for, it was excellent. We wanted a good base to live out of and do our own thing. We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. My pool was an added lovely bonus and the staff were very accommodating/helpful. “We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place . “Staff were welcoming enough but generally indifferent, little real rapport, interaction or interest in the customer. Food; very poor, hygiene questionable with pidgeons hopping from table to table in the open areas. Pool was reasonable but all the sun beds were ‘taken’ by 08.30hrs. Cramped. ”
