“Maureen was extremely pleasant and really helped us with getting wine and a few groceries and arranging transportation to the cruise port. The place was very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again if we are through here again.”

“The resort is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is incredible, the village style atmosphere of the buildings and the gardens are all superb. Food is excellent, service was good. It's expensive, but you get a great experience. Barbados in general was really good as well. Safe, fun, beautiful, friendly.”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

Pool towels provided on the sunbeds around the pool or towels available at reception to take to the beach. Car or taxis required but this was no issue for us. Highly recommend this hotel”

“This was a wonderful visit because of the staff who were ll delightful and accommodating. Big shout out ot Jason the driver who was great in transporting us!! Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. Please don't let that keep you from staying the positives do OUTWEIGH ANY negatives. We absolutely loved our room and stay. Thank you for a wonderful time especially……

“I love this hotel. The AC was Chris for the kitchen was perfectly clean. The staff was so inviting and wonderful. I cannot wait to come back. There’s a grocery store very convenient and did I mention the staff was amazing because the staff is amazing.”

“We loved our stay at Southern Palms! The resort was in a perfect location, being on the beach and also in the Gap. It was quiet (no noise from the Gap), had a great atmosphere, two pools to enjoy, great staff and was very clean. We ate at the restaurant twice and the staff were able to accommodate my allergy. We also got advice on what to do on the island and staff were able to help us in booking a driver for two days. The app was also very helpful to access menus ahead of time and know……

“Room was great! My sister & I spent 10 days in Barbados. We looked for ice a few times. No ice machine but you can get it free at the pool bar. Then we found ice cube trays in our fridge! Genius! You are just around the corner from Dover market for some groceries, treats or alcohol. Just down the street from the beach. Great location. Room had maid service every other day. Room was clean & a good size. Had a nice balcony. Safe & drawers for clothes. Cupboard for any food you may……
