“Beautiful hotel. Staff was nice but it was not the friendliest experience compared to other all-inclusives. There were no shows and not the best location for beaches and nightlife. I would have expected the hotel to be cleaner but the room was really nice. Also our toilet seat was broken and one of the elevators did not work well. The hotel is nice if you’re only looking to relax. If you are looking for an energetic upbeat atmosphere I would not recommend.”

“First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things. You will not be disappointed if you book this. We just celebrated our honeymoon there and already planning out next trip back.”

“The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent.”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again.”

“The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it.……

“Very cool property with peacocks! Rooms were disconnected from each other which gave a condo-like feel. Very quiet while I was there. Staff were great and helpful in coordinating transportation and giving recommendations for what to do during my stay.”

“The beach view was amazing. Loved waking up to the ocean waves, as well as falling asleep to it. The room was modern. Exceptional service, very professional. Would definitely recommend. Only thing is I wish they had a microwave in the room.”

“The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.”
