I stayed for the TVD weekend con. First, the female at the counter was rude when I tried asking her a question. She left me at the counter and just left. The other male at the counter noticed what she did and shook his head and was nice enough to call me over to him and he helped me. Once we went up to the room, the room did not have enough lighting. One of the outlets weren't working. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. When I tried to call Front Desk to find out what other floor had a working ice machine, no one picked up. I tried several times for 30min and no one bothered to answer. Then when we tried to use the elevators, another guest let me know that there was only 1 working elevator. Which I thought she was wrong because they were all working the day before, but sure enough she was right. The ATM at the lobby is so slow, there was literally a line to use it. There was no coffee maker in our room. The kleenex box in our room wasn't new and the shower knob got stuck several times when trying to regulate the water temperature. This hotel is far too expensive to be lacking in these simple amenities. Definitely do not recommend.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room because the system had been down. They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act of God, but as much money as you pay for a hotel and to find comfort away from home, this was not an ideal situation for our trip
