WORST Experience with Holiday Inn
"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. ..."

"It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. ..."
