"We booked the Triple Room and had a not-so-pleasant experience in September since there was no air conditioning in the room, and if we opened the windows then huge bugs came into the room. So the next morning we asked to move to one of the apartments since there was air conditioning there, and the hotel manager was very kind and handled our request with great care. We upgraded to the Montis Suite and it was amazing!! Beautiful apartment, clean, a lot of room, and even a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast at the hotel was great as well. So overall, we had a wonderful experience at Waldrast (-:"

It’s perfectly located with super easy access to town center over a small walking bridge. "The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
