There was no sofa. The refrigerator didn’t work the front desk. People are extremely rude barely speak English, which is not the problem. It’s how rude they are every single day housekeeping knocked on my door I paid for a week Even after I asked them not to then when I asked them to move rooms because my refrigerator didn’t work and there was no couch. They wouldn’t they then accuse me of having a pet instead of a service animal.
