“This is our second visit here. Everything mostly went well, breakfast was great. We did have an issue on the day we arrived. We came and saw a note directing us to our room, which we dropped off our luggage and grabbed our room key but then when we came back that night around 8:00 the main door was locked and we had to call to get the pass code. “Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again.”

“The family suite was a good find with three beds. However, the quality of the beds (especially the twin) was quite poor. May be ok for a young child but sunk in for our teen. Room was quite outdated. The cable was out while we were there, but thankfully there was a table in the room so we played cards that we had brought with us. The location of this place is its selling point. You can walk to the beach, the pier, a park, and out for breakfast &/or ice cream.”
