House was clean and maintained, and the host was easy to reach, and respinsive for questions. All necessities were supplied, and appliances were new and operational. Perfect place to relax, swim, walk the peaceful neighborhood and enjoy your family. Highly recommend this property,”

“The house is very clean and within walking distance to the beach (there is also a shuttle to the beach - you need to call the driver for pick up). The double full bunk bed also has a twin roll out bed which can be moved to another room if needed; there is also a portable crib. Plenty of plates/pots/utensils. Bring supply of soap/trash bags etc as only one day supply is provided.”

“Everything about the house was wonderful. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the community was a perfect getaway with a shuttle that took us to the beach and we never had to wait long. Would book again in a heartbeat.”

“We had such a great stay! We chose this house due to its amenities. With 4 kids on this trip the bikes and sand toys were a hit! The kitchen has everything you need, spices included. This property has ample space and privacy. Everyone in our group said “they thought of everything”! We will be back!”

“Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. There is a ceiling fan in that area but there's no remote or switch. I texted Vacasa and……

“WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. “There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty.”
