“Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10”

“The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. ”

“Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.”
