“The room was clean. I did not realize I had reserved a Handicap room thru Expedia. I told the front desk I did not reserve this type of room. I don’t need it. She said sorry but when u reserve thru a third party she can’t make any changes. I did not realize that accessible means handicap. Since it was only one night we said ok. The breakfast was cold and out of lots of food at 9:00 am.”
