“It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their……

"我訂的是海景家庭房有客廳、餐廳及二間臥室，下午四點check in 時，居然有一位男性服務人員（看起來像是主管級），告訴我說，目前沒有這樣的房型，他能夠給我二間一般房型（只一間海景），我當下就「堅定回絕」，我已經提早一個月付費且事前就拿到確認。 而且這二種是完全不同的價格。 經過櫃台人員的一番討論之後，另外一位櫃台人員說，房間已經在準備了，大概5分鐘就會好。 我感覺，那位男性櫃台像主管的人員，好像要唬弄我，我訂什麼房型就給什麼房型不知道這有什麼問題。 這樣感覺不是很舒服！ 其他的部分都不錯，環境優美乾淨，人員客氣有禮貌"

"此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。"
