“Overall a very average stay and really not worth the cost. Our room was in desperate need of maintenance. There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. Also we were told that breakfast was served at 8am however we were only managing to get breakfast at around 8.40 as staff had not arrived yet and the restaurant wasnt even open yet. “Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. “This place is just average. Not a lot to talk about. Hotel condition is just so-so. It says 24 hour service. And it says staff will be on-site from 5AM.
