"Got this as our main base while we go about London. Its location is very good, across a pub and about 30 steps to Victoria station where you can easily get transportation, and food. It is close to Buckingham palace,Green park and Westminster. Rooms are sufficient and clean, it has a/c so that is amazing. The family room can sleep 4 people and that is a plus in our books. Lobby is small and intimate. There are no lifts in this place so be careful specially if you have heavy luggage’s. The floors are very thin and noisy and if that person above you decided to move furniture at 3pm, YOU WILL HEAR IT. One other thing is that there is someone in the reception that reeks BO and if that person is the first point of contact by the guest, it is a major turn off and reflects the business and brand. "

"After getting past the glassed in reception the place feels very homey and safe. It’s clean, larger rooms and the window as great. They provide shampoo, soap, and coffee. The shower is the entire bathroom so that was interesting for someone travelling from North America although it’s common in the UK. Despite what the listing says there’s no breakfast option anymore. The room was a bit loud both from steer traffic and other rooms. Overall convenient, safe and affordable. "

"Super cute area, very accessibly from train station (which we took directly from the airport, couldn’t be easier) and lots of food options near by. Also close enough to busy tourist spots without being in the head of it. We checked in really early (8am) for an extra 30 pounds—totally worth it to shower, change and get on with the day. We didnt return until late night and realized we forgot to bring the door code with us. The staff were very helpful, even after hours, and helped us out when we called. Small little room but enough for what we needed! Easy key drop off to checkout the next morning. Overall it was exactly what we needed and the price point was excellent!"
