"It’s a very old property, the front desk night auditor was asleep and was very rude upon arrival. We were redirected to use the in-house phone should we have and needs but when attempting to do so we had to find the cord and plug it in to simply switch out our towels. The room was not stocked and only had 2 halves of rolls of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. There were “workers” ( they had on fluorescent vest lounged in the hallways with their boots on the furniture, on the phone and the other had an entire meal spread. This was literally in the hallway leading to the conference rooms) When attempting to get our vehicle out of the gated but very pricey parking lot the attendant got upset because I had to push button and literally said, “ Brang yo ass thru the gate” The most pleasurable encounter was with Mrs Wanda, she was kind and offered to accommodate us as best she could.Also I encounter Wendy at the front desk who was pleasant."
