"The staff was as amazing as the lodge and grounds. Great weekend get away to watch Louisville Football at Virginia Tech. They even shuttled us to and from the game. The Tavern Lodge Bar was excellent as was Harvest the restaurant."

"It was really relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It did seem a bit pricey for what it was but it’s kinda of your only option for a decent overnight traveling this route. Outback next door is good but there’s a really nice local steak place up the road a piece if you want an impressive meal."

"Host communication was incredible. His home was spotless and well appointed. Sleeping arrangements were great, beds comfortable, showers were hot as was the hot tub. The cabin is located in close proximity to a lot of hiking. When I'm in the area I'll definitely check here for availability first!! "
