There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay ."

Do not compare it to a modern luxury hotel. The breakfast was great and the restaurant had great food for dinner. Location perfect-right across from the lake and easy walk into town. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Loved it!"

"This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. It’s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didn’t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy that food delivery service services actively work in the area and Fred’s Inn is down the street from a pretty substantial shopping center. If you have to stay in Norwich New York, I do very much recommend Fred’s Inn."
