“We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided gave us lots of choices and was very generous each day. We had a spacious sitting room and bathroom as well. Thank you so much Eileen!”

“We have stayed there before and wanted to return. It was so worth it. Nice room and wonderful restaurant with fabulous food and drink. I even had pancakes and the grill was broken! I had them two years ago and they were the best in Scotland so the owner made sure they could make them again!! They even recognized us (two traveling couples) from two years ago! “The lodge was very clean, well kept, and modern. Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Although it was just off a main road, there was plenty private parking just outside the lodge and the road was barely noticeable. The farm shop located across the grounds was lovely, and well worth a browse. The cafe in the farm shop was excellent, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. ”

“We have been coming back to Saplinbrea for a number of years. The staff and the food are excellent. The whole hotel has great ambiance, and provides a wonderful experience. Only negative is that carpeting in corridors is a little tired.”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”
