“booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost. “A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again.”
