“I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel……
“Spacious room with modern decor. Very very comfortable air-conditioning and comfortable beds as well. Facilities on the whole are adequate for tourists’ needs. The only downside during our stay is the thick duvet, which is too much for the summer in London. Suggest that there should be a thinner one for this season.
Rare that a small elevator is installed to facilitate moving luggages to various floors, but fingers crossed that it will not break down during your stay.”
