“Had a wonderful stay at Mark and Cheryl’s condo. Mark is beyond helpful. Always quick to communicate. Gave us several amazing tour recommendations. Memo from Memo Adventures was fantastic. The snorkel/beach tour we did with pelicano sports fishing was awesome too. Condo is well equipped. Has every thing you need. The snorkel closet overflowed and we took advantage and snorkeled in the little tidal pool right down the hill from the condo. Kayaking was wonderful. Didn’t use the bikes, but nice to……

“OK - there was a controlled fire burn the last couple days of our stay which smoked us out. We did have issue with checking in with the wrong code, however, the management company was very responsive and corrected the issue almost immediately. Upon entering, the kitchen counter had crumbs and the bathroom seemed like it had been used. The lanais also had fleas, although we did not see any indoors. The view from the lanai and condo was amazing. The condo is situated between Brasilito and Playa……

“My first impression was that we weren’t as close to the beach or the main town area of Coco as I had thought. However once we got the golf cart - the condo location didn’t matter as much. The condo was very clean but the kitchen is a bit small to cook a full dinner but is perfect for breakfast and snacks etc. The market close by is very convenient. Melina is super responsive and available to answer any questions. The other condo residents were very friendly. Overall this was a clean, affordable……

“This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.”

The sand on our beach was more of a black color when you got up on it, however Flamingo Beach is a short drive away they have white sand beaches with big waves. The sunsets were……

“What can I say other than it was fabulous! Dave was very prompt with all communication as well as the property manager. The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after being out on the water or at the beach. Be sure to check out the tide pools to the far right of the beach. Fun to see all the little sea creatures. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfy and the balcony offered a beautiful sunset.”

“This was the perfect place to stay! Very close to everything in Tamarindo, we were able to walk everywhere we went. The condo was spacious and the AC units kept it cool. The man that worked at the condo cleaned the pool and common area every morning! The pool does get some tree junk in it but still nice and private. The last day we even saw monkeys outside our window. The host was great and helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. Would highly recommend!”

“Rarely do pictures show what you can really expect, and I always read other positive reviews with a little bit of doubt - but in this case the photos, description and the positive reviews are spot on. This is an absolutely stunning property - the house is unique with multiple bedrooms, a separate master casita and separate casita with a kitchen and living room. In addition, the main gathering area and kitchen is beautiful in itself, but then the wall-to-wall windows looking out onto the infinity……
