“The room is great!”

“Hello, Stayed 2 nights in the compact full room upstairs. It is newly renovated and I was the 1st guest. There was plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. The lighting was sufficient and the window provided enough natural light. There were sufficient number of hangers. Bed was firm and comfortable and the comforter was very warm on the 1st night and just right on the 2nd night when it was colder. There was a extra heavier blanket that was good for the 1st night. “The room was clean. BUT it took an act of congress to get into the room. I received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how or where to check in. I did a virtual check in, which supposedly gives you this Bluetooth connection to unlock your room door. This worked 25% of the time. It once took me 30 minutes to get into my room because it “could not locate the room.” That’s unacceptable. Finally, went to the other side of the village and was told by someone I could get a normal hotel key card from the service……

“The amenities were in good condition, everything we needed was available. The host was responsive and we received the information needed in a timely manner. ”

“The condo is set up really nice. Lay out and amenities are nicer than other studios. Only thing that could be improved is the bed is a rock! It’s a memory foam but maybe extra firm. ”

“We liked it as it suited our basic needs for a bike trip on the Greenbriar. It’s a small cozy place. We made it work for us. Would have liked to know about the microwave ahead of time as the listing nor photos did not show it. We might have planned a few things differently knowing it was there. All in all good. No complaints ”

“Great unit for 2 people. Pictures and descriptions of property is accurate. Host is very responsive. Loved being able to get into unit on arrival and not having to wait till 5pm or after to access unit. Great location. Unit is very clean with well stocked kitchen. Would stay in this unit again.”

“The room wasn't terrible, it was serviceable. I'm giving it 1 star for 3 reasons. #1- There was no bedding for the pull out couch. #2- The bathroom vent fan does not work. #3- The locker which was assigned to the room needs the shelf repaired, one side has become separated from the wall. If management reaches out to let me know those issues have been addressed I will re-rate and edit.”

“I had a question before our visit and the host replied very quickly! I liked that the property was reasonable, pet friendly, and not far from Cass, where we went for a train ride. I would definitely stay at this location again if I came back to the area.”

“Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”
