“行李需要自行拖到玻璃屋，下午四點天就黑了，這時候找位置有點困難，感覺整體來說稍微辛苦了一些。 玻璃屋頂上會結冰；現場員工數量似乎不多，關於接駁巴士（shuttle bus）的資訊也需要主動詢問三次以上,每次時間都不太確定,所以如果需要接駁要多留一點時間。 不過，員工在提供服務時態度都非常親切良好。 晚餐和早餐都很好，強烈推薦一定要去酒吧（bar）體驗！”

“Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. “This accommodation was the perfect end to our trip to Finland, the cabin was genuinely faultless, it was spacious and cosy, with a very comfy and warm feeling. The kitchen was was well equipped with pots and utensils etc for if you wanted to stay in and cook. The bed was comfy with a lovely view to wake up to. The shower and toilet facilities were immaculately clean with! Genuinely cannot pick fault with this place. The hot tub was the perfect end to every day and we even found time to jump in……

“Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again”

“We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. We used our private sauna every day, so relaxing. And we ordered afternoon tea every day, yummy and affordable. We tried the fireplace as well, it looked gorgeous in pictures.
