“Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. “Truly amazing place for those who seeks privacy, wilderness and nature. Really enjoyed snowmobiles from the resort, dinner options in villa (liked the idea that we had possibility to try local meal) and of course huge villa just for two of us.”

“Wij hadden de 2-persoons lodge en deze was zeer fraai ingericht. De sauna was heerlijk. Alles was ook heel schoon en dagelijks werd er schoongemaakt. Het restaurant was ook heel sfeervol en het het ontbijt en diner fantastisch. Het is echt een feestje om hier te mogen verblijven! We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de excursies die het hotel aanbied, omdat we vorig jaar ook in Lapland waren en toen alle excursies gedaan hebben. We hebben nu voornamelijk gewandeld en daar is Saariselka fantastisch……

“Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again”

“The hotel is very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere of the lodge is the best. I stayed at Snowdome for 4 nights, and the room was warm and spacious, and I could see the aurora while relaxing in bed! But a dog sled passed in front of the room, so I went to see it, and there was a person who was excited as if he was riding a “roller coaster” with his hands off. He said something to me, but it was not an audible distance, and I thought it was dangerous and moved away a……

“We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. We used our private sauna every day, so relaxing. And we ordered afternoon tea every day, yummy and affordable. We tried the fireplace as well, it looked gorgeous in pictures. The beds and the fully-equipped……
