“Overall is very nice, the staff are very nice and welcoming. The only drawback is the hot shower in the aurora cabin, the water is weak and not really hot.”

“This accommodation was the perfect end to our trip to Finland, the cabin was genuinely faultless, it was spacious and cosy, with a very comfy and warm feeling. The kitchen was was well equipped with pots and utensils etc for if you wanted to stay in and cook. The bed was comfy with a lovely view to wake up to. The shower and toilet facilities were immaculately clean with! Genuinely cannot pick fault with this place. The hot tub was the perfect end to every day and we even found time to jump in……

“The hotel is right next to the national park so great for hiking. The hotel is also in the centre of Saariselkä which is compact and pedestrian friendly so this makes it easy if you’re using buses to get in and out of town and don’t have a vehicle. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Be aware that activities book out and so if you want to do more than hiking you’ll need to plan and book ahead.”
