“We arrived for a two-day stay over March break. We weren't provided with any information upon arrival regarding parking, wifi, pool hours or breakfast hours. We weren't informed the pool was out of order. We booked a themed room, which was older. There were lights in the children's bunk that didn't function and were hanging by wires. Went to breakfast the next morning and were told the staff didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than dry cereal (no milk) or bagels. Coffee wasn't even……

“The bathtub had mold all around the caulking, however the rest of th room as clean. We did not eat any of the complementary breakfast as we went in and the restaurant was dirty... empty creamers and sugar pacakages next to the coffee machine, tables where all dirty and the cereal and other stuff was hidden so fare in the corner that you could not see it.”

“Only one person working the front desk so check in was a bit slow. Also the deadbolt on our room was damaged as if someone had tried to kick in the door. I didn’t notice until bedtime which made me feel a bit unsafe as a woman and child travelling alone. Also the alarm clock in our room was set to go off at 530am which was very annoying. The room was very large and clean, we did enjoy our stay. ”
