"I was checked into an already occupied room when i returned to the front desk to let them know they made me wait while they argued with the cleaning lady then hinted that I would have to wait till the room was clean I had to tell them either check me into a different room or give me a refund to which magically got me checked into a new clean room"

"Once again, I find myself back at the Best western of Mid County. Every time I walk into the lobby it's like reuniting with an old friend. Welcoming athmosphere, cureteous service, what you would come to expect from the high standards set by The Best Western Brand. Other Hotelliers should take note if they would lke to level up their game."
