"The blonde haired girl that worked the reception was very friendly and helpful. Was given a handicap room but we did not book one so the sink was shallow and very low. For 2 days our toilet did not flush so we had to use the toilet by the golf shop—very inconvenient. The front desk said they would move us to another room after someone checked out. "Celebrated a family birthday and it was a perfect size of home for our grown up children, partners and us. Four en-suite bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A great location for Port Ellen. Support from property manager was great when we needed it. Overall a great find and we would all love to go back and/or transport the house to Glasgow :)"
