“Location is the ONLY perk to this property. Upon arrival we found the place to be minimally tidy and the smell of mold. It isn't adequately stocked with even a counter cleaner, toliet paper, paper towels, 3 forks.I asked if we could be provided with a few things including batteries for thermostat that were low, few fans (place does not properly cool) She was out of town and told me to buy whatever I needed to make our stay better and she would reimburse, which she did. “This has been our FAVORITE thusfar. Plenty of space, a block from the local part (not busy) of Virginia Beach. EVERY detail was thought of and was included. Beach Chairs, Beach carry wagon, FLUFFY beach towels! Bedsc were great! Bathrooms roomy. Garage with ADDITIONAL washer and dryer. The outside shower to rinse feet, etc keeps everything neat. Gosh, i could go on and on! But... then our next dates MAY not be available because YOU'LL have booked! LOVE LOVE LOVE this space!”

“This is a fantastic little beach house! Some things to consider…one bedroom is on the first floor, but both the full baths are on the second floor, so if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues, this is not the best place. As others have mentioned, there are only four chairs in the living room and only four chairs at the dining room table. The mini-split AC units were adequate, but one of the second story bedrooms was a little warm through the night—it was very hot outside when we……

“The house was very clean and so cute. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked, the back porch was so nice and quiet, and the beds were so comfy. We had so much fun during our stay. There is even a nice playground within walking distance off the ocean we walked to a few times. The host was awesome and stayed in contact. She responded almost a soon as I text her. She really wants you to have no worries and make your stay perfect.”

“The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with.”

“Comfortable ground floor apartment with two queen bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. Only one parking space. Kitchen inadequately equipped for cooking large family dinners. A few steps to the best beach on the entire east coast. House would benefit from new beach chairs and a good beach cart. A wonderful block with a neighborhood feel.”
