She messaged us to make sure we had good directions and was very understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening. Easy parking within the gates in front of the house. Our room was very comfortable (cosy) with ensuite shower. Breakfast was simple and plentiful with Melita making us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this B&B - thank you for a wonderful stay."

"This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!"
