“This property has been operating as a hotel for nearly a hundred years. It is clean and well kept. It reminded us of a small hotel in the film noir era (except this one takes debit/credit cards). Located near the center of Punta Arenas downtown it was within walking distance of many activities and our tours frequently picked us up last and dropped off first! ”

“Nice small hotel about 1K from bus station. Also close to Mirador Cerro De La Cruz. Double room is small but nicely decorated with amenities in good order. Continental breakfast served is also good with fresh fruits.”

The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. ”
