It’s an easy walk from the train station but a heck of an uphill walk back. Most important. Clean and quiet . Tks"

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. "Old style European hotel. Lovely architecture, centrally located and old world ambiance. Views of the lake are exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful and polite- despite being harried constantly by guests. Especially Gloria! My wife left her phone in the transport car from Milan airport. She got it back for us! Breakfast was good, clean, efficient as was maid and front desk service. Only downside was no Kleenex in the rooms. But that’s really nothing."

Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."
