“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean. They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. There were rules round the pool but nothing adhered to and it became a free for all. Ie people leaving towels on beds all day and not being there most of it when it clearly says this is not allowed. Letting people play their own music with speakers disregarding others who……

“Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal.……

“The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. Our housekeeper would snarl her face at us when she would see us, I’m not sure what her problem was. This……

“Perfect beach hotel”

“The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice.”

“This is a very nice apartment style place to stay. About 10 minutes by car to Holetown which has lots of restaurants to choose from. The snorkeling right off the beach is great. The apartments are beautifully decorated. If you’re looking for somewhere super quiet to stay, this is it. However of you want a more lively resort, the don’t recommend it.”
