Hardwood floors, cool furniture, very functional kitchen and bathroom. 10 minute walk to downtown Broadway area. 10 minute drive to NDSU. Definitely recommend and Noah (property manager) was very responsive and helpful. ”

“Great location, place was very clean. Steps up to unit were difficult for my older parents. I didn’t originally catch that. But only had to do one trip a day. Very easy to drive to graduation and good choice of restaurants. Highly recommend Butcher Block and Junkyard Brewery ”

“Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo. ”

“We have stayed at the penthouse 5 times now. We have a conference on Broadway and it's within walking distance. We enjoy ourselves everytime.”

“This condo is very large and new, close to NDSU in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The property management is very chill and easygoing. We had all the amenities we needed for our multigenerational stay.”

“Overall, we had a great time. The place was very nice, met all expectations, and was quite clean and comfortable. Small things like no extra toilet paper were the only drawbacks but not enough to downgrade to 4 stars. Definitely one we'd use again. The host was very responsive, check in/out was easy, and having a garage to park in was awesome. ”
