"Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand aanwezig. Na 2x bellen kwam er iemand aan die ons mee nam naar een ander b&b iets verderop in de straat. Daar moesten we overnachten. Was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt volgende ochtend was weer bij Art Relais. Het bleek dat er wel mensen sliepen in het b&b. Ontbijt was prima. Overboeking ?? "

A small challenge was, the host needed to be there to give us the keys, not a code, so we had to arrange a specific check in time, it worked out ok. The apartment was on the top floor of the building so a number of flights of stairs to get there. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and in Lucca. Would highly recommend."
