"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Beautiful small hotel with gorgeous landscaping. The amazing free beach was just a couple of minutes away from the property. There were some excellent restaurants within a mile. The accommodations were fairly basic, but neat and clean, and there was an air conditioner/heater unit. It was very peaceful and quiet. Pavlos was friendly and helpful, and he has a nice dog named Tito. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Amazing! We had the best time at Dionysos Resort. The property is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The gorgeous beach with free beach chairs is right outside. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and the restaurant overlooks the beach. We were there with the family (two little kids). Don't worry that the island of Ios is known as a party island, we didn't notice any of that and the island is gorgeous."

"This was a great place to stay! Easy walking distance from the port and the beach. Bus stops right in front of property. Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. We were upgraded with no charge, thank you very much. The pool area and bar are amazing and very relaxing."

"We stayed at Aplai Dome for 10 days and we can't say enough great things about this property. This is a family run operation and this is exactly the way you are treated. Shout outs to Elena at reception, Haris at the bar and Stamatis at breakfast. Breakfast is included in your room price and it is always fresh and delicious. There are awesome pizzas and a few other snacks available throughout the day for a reasonable price. The breakfast/bar area, infinity pool and I believe all rooms overlook the Aegaen Sea. Sunsets from your deck are the most amazing we have ever experienced. Oia is a short 5-7 min stroll up hill with many great restaurants and views from every angle, take the time to go on walks through this town. We will definitely be coming back, we miss you guys already."
