"I was a little disappointed in the dining hours.. I understand timing.. But when there is an event near by, I think the restaurant should consider special hours for service.."

"Room was dirty, hair on walls, dust everywhere, windows broken and would not stay open, AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, shower door broken, shower handle difficult to turn on. Loud and next to bus stop which is busy all night long and early morning. Had issues with checking in via self check in both times I stayed here, first staff member was super helpful and kind, second staff member was not helpful and receptive when I told him I already had an issue with their self check in and needed the front desk to do it, made me try self check in (which did not work again) before he would do it on his computer."

"We stayed over the weekend for two nights in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice, well appointed. The service was great and the hotel had nice amenities especially for a hotel over 100 years old. Fairmont never disappoints. "

"Overall our stay was amazing! We had a beautiful room with lots of natural light and a great view. Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"Please be careful when you advertise that you have a restaurant on the premises. The bar is not a restaurant. This was one of the reasons we chose your location. It would have been helpful to have a list of close by, local restaurants that the could be provided to guests when they check in."

"The buffet styled breakfast was perfect. Zero complaints from my picky eats. We also ate the the restaurant, pasta was very bland but all else was so delicious. Focaccia was amazing and the kids pizza as well. All around great choice for our overnight stay! "
