“The townhouse was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped. Rich is a great host and excellent communicator. We knew the area well as my parents lived nearby and I've been coming to the area since the mid 70's. Great hiking, cool weather and good family time made this successful stay. “This was such a great place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. There were 3 couples and my mother-in-law staying here. We each had our own room and private bathroom with shower. Lots of games, including a pool table. A brand new hot tub... so nice! Plenty of towels and supplies. Apparently we hit mud season, which we didn't know was a thing, but when it rained, we all relaxed in the big family room with lots of comfy couches, pillows, and blankets. “My friends and I came up to Vermont to enjoy the fall colors over a weekend. The unit is situated on a golf course near Wilmington. Our stay was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace, and the convenience of having a stockpile of firewood available. The host, Nicole, was very responsive with questions / communication which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend this property. Thanks for having us!”

“The home was exactly as described! Plenty of space for our group. The location was easy to find. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Really a very cute home! There is also a nice size driveway out front. We were showing at the VSF and had 3 pick up trucks! It was an easy drive to restaurants as well as the show grounds. We love coming up to Vermont! ”

“We did a last minute pre-Christmas trip with our family and loved this place. It is spacious and has a great fireplace in the main living room with comfortable couches and chairs to hang out in. The hot tub on the back deck was awesome as was the sauna. Eric was great with communication quickly replying to our emails if we had questions. The shuttle comes by on weekends pretty regularly although our kids flags trouble figuring out which shuttle to take coming back from the mountain so we had to……
