The service was exceptional from start to finish—from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive room service and the wonderful team at breakfast. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The included breakfast was a highlight and added great value to the stay. The water views were impeccable, and having a private balcony was such a lovely touch—the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The hotel was also conveniently accessible to public transportation, making exploring Amsterdam easy. A beautiful hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again!"

"This is my second stay in the hotel (room 92 this time) and I did have a nice stay there. There were, however, some minor nuisances that went in the way of the experience that need to be taken care of. 1. the bath room sink was blocked and it needs immediate attention because the sink was getting filled up quite quickly. 2. This was not really a problem for me during my stay but I can see that being a problem to others down the line especially people who will rent the same room (92) in winter. The balcony door needs to be sealed better because I felt draft coming from there. 3. This just me being a little picky here but more tea bags and coffee would have been really appreciated. The staff provided everything I needed but it would have been been better to have enough tea and coffee in the room. Other than that, there isn't really any issue I can think of. I had a great stay and I will definitely consider the hotel again when I visit Brussels again."

"We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby + garden area is beautiful, and the breakfast was good (especially their fresh breads and croissants). There were only minor issues which prevented this from being a true 5 star. Though the rooms seem renovated, our shower was leaking and the design of the shower (no door) guaranteed water splashing everywhere. The Wi-Fi is quite slow and unreliable inside the rooms. The windows have no nets so insects were able to enter (and having windows closed means the room was too hot/stuffy). All in all, some minor issues but they did not affect our positive experience. Overall, a great stay and we are looking forward to returning."
