“Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.”

“Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, pero cómodas. Lo malo era el ruido en exceso de las noches, la música está hasta muy tarde y los huéspedes no pueden dormir bien. La comida del restaurante los precios son accesibles, más sin embargo no nos gusto. La comida no tenía casi sabor. La piscina es muy agradable es lo único que nos gustó mucho. “This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs.……

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“PROS: The neighborhood is safe with police patrolling the area all night. Great restaurants nearby. Parking is directly behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice. CONS: The actual hotel does not have a security guard. People not staying in the hotel come in and out as they please. No cameras in the hallways or stairways. Only in the lobby. The hotel was established in 1859, so I'm sure they try they're best to upkeep the facility the best they can. The elevator……
