“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Habitación limpia y bonita. La ducha tenía la manguera rota al nivel de que el chorro de agua llegaba a las areas del baño que no son para mojarse. Traté de utilizar el cabezal de lluvia pero era muy irregular lo que dificultaba lavarse el pelo. Así que tuve que utilizar el chorro que salía por la manguera roto. Pude bañarme bien pero se me llenaba de agua todo el piso del baño.”
