“Totally enjoyed our stay at this cozy shabby chic beach cottage. Excellent location with beach access only steps away. The property had all the amenities and comforts of home and conveniently located. Our host was responsive to any questions to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of dog friendly places for our pup. ”

“Overall a very nice facility. The numbering layout of the parking garage can be vastly improved, starting with putting the building name clearly marked “in” the garage. Otherwise a very clean resort with many amenities. Only complaint is how far I had to walk to use the indoor pool and weight room.”

“Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. ”

“Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All……

“The place was in a fantastic location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Ot was clean and orderly. There were 2 down sides. First, the parking was tight, if you went during the summer season it might be very difficult. Second, the lighting in the place was poor, not enough lamps and many wereinadequate.”

“The hosts were very responsive . The unit was a spacious two bedroom condo with a lovely three season room. It was well located between Lewes and Rehoboth. The kitchen and baths were well appointed with what we needed for our stay. ”

“Overall this place was very clean, absolutely beautiful, quiet location without driving away from everything, with easy access. We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again or any other by this host.”
