“This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot.”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable.
