"The room was tiny but usable, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel if you are in a wheelchair or disabled and can't use stairs. The elevators are either up or down stairs and while they can get you there through the grill most of the time if you want to stay out late you have to wait for a manager to help you come in through the storage entrance in the alley and use a metal movable ramp to get you to the elevators. Getting through the storage area was difficult. Everything else was 10/10 the food at the café was excellent and the food from their grill while pricer was worth every penny. "

"My luggage, which I was told to leave near a locking closet to be locked away while I ate at the restaurant next door was left sitting, not locked up, and was unattended in the lobby entry when I returned an hour later. I took it up to my room.. no call to be certain I had retrieved it- in fact anyone could have taken it. "

"Starting with check, quick process and very polite, professional staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open the evening we were there. However, there are many restaurants and bars in an easy walking distance. We attended the Paramount Theater which was literally a 2 minute walk! Very convenient. Our room was quite spacious. Nice amenities and excellent bed."

"We have stayed here many times and have always had a positive experience. Our last stay was in a room with a broken window sill and outside air was coming in the whole time. It was not uncomfortable and an exception to our previous stays "

"It was an absolutely lovely little place to stay! with plenty of amenities including free bike rentals and roof top patio access. Quiet, clean, the staff was lovely and very welcoming! A great spot in the city too with a delicious breakfast place next door and a long-ish but relatively flat walk to the convention center! They helped make my first time in Seattle and on the west coast in general amazing, and if I ever visit again i know where I'm staying!!"

"The view was good and room was cozy . There was a good amount of options for breakfast which was great! Even with buffet there were some really nice servers to give it a nice feel. Very lovely, I recommend choosing Crowne plaza!"
