“We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone.”

“The property owner, Mr. Ferdinand, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There were free linnen, towels, and all the amenities we needed. The location of this Verbo rental was ideal from the airport and all the citi attractions. When my family visits Seattle again in the future, I am sure we would love to stay at this same Verbo rental property.”

It was spacious and fairly close to areas of activity within driving distance. 4 was only because there were a few minor things that could have been addressed prior to checking in, but that did not sway us from enjoying the stay.
