“Overall the hotel was ok except on one side of the bed - the carpet was Luke folded over with the tacks sticking up. We had to make sure to stay away from the wall - maybe new / newer carpet that wasn’t trimmed down. We were on the 2nd floor.”

“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. “Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price.”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was. The room itself was updated, very clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice. The man at the desk was nice when I checked in and out. “Worn carpeting and unrepaired damage to doors and trim work. Tub faucet was pulled out from the tub surface. Rust stained tile under the vanity. Our room must be next in line for renovations. That’s the only answer. Our first floor room was steps from an unsecured exterior door. We found that upon departure. Complimentary breakfast waffle was good but fruit was not fresh. Apples were soft. Parking lot sign indicated basically to park at your own risk. Bright spot was the comfortable……
