“This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“It’s a nice hotel. We stay frequently. I don’t like that the ice machines are only on two of the five floors. The location signage is very poor too. I always have to search for ice and usually end up asking at the front desk.”

“The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and……

“I booked this room for my parents so they could have a small getaway. I was a little nervous since it was so affordable. My mom texted after getting into the room and said the lobby and staff were great and then went on and on about how nice and clean the room was! She said it smelled so good and would love to know what they cleaned with. My parents are in their 70’s and also mentioned that they felt safe and the hotel was very convenient to downtown and the river which is what they wanted. We……
