“I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. ”

“Second time staying here. I book it because of the large rooms, breakfast and convenience and safe area. The first visit there was a few strands of hair in the bathroom. This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that……

“We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like……
