“The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.”

“There was no body wash in the shower, completely empty. The lobby and hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was not edible. Food was cold, eggs were watery. Even though the hotel was quiet and room was clean, I would not stay there again.”

“Breakfast includes, close to many, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. Rooms were overall clean. Facility had easy to use amenities, for instance the pool, was actually available unlike other hotels.”

“It smelled like weed, we had prank calls at all hours of the night, a barking dog walking up and down the hall in the middle of the night, and a car alarm going off in the middle of the night”

“This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options.”

“The room was not cleaned properly. They were old garbage when we accidentally move the bed while lloking for our key card. Old candies and stuff hidded beside the bed and by the head board.”

“Welcoming- decor and staff. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good; lots of choices. I wish the TV channel selection was better, and only one ice machine on 1st floor — it ran out often. The friendly/helpful staff were so nice — registration, housekeeping, and breakfast workers. My first stay at Avid and I will stay again.”

“Non-smoking room had cigarette burn marks all over the bathroom. We purchased this location because I had a pool but they decided to open the pool later so it wasn’t even available. The room was completely worn down and in bad shape with sheets, thin comforter. The garbage can outside our door was overfilled to the point we had fruit flies in our room. The icemaker was extremely dirty, which we feel is what made us very sick. Extremely disappointed in Howard Johnson for the quality of this……
