“The hotel is clean and renovated. Rooms were spotless and smelled nice. The only downsides we found were having to pay for valet and our overhead lights would not turn on in the room, but not a big deal. The pool was nice and clean and offered a bathroom if needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering an omlette bar. Staff were all kind and helpful.”

“I just had a quick In-N-Out stay arriving later in the evening. And I was out early the next morning. Ratings were pretty good on Expedia, but I can see that they were trying but to me the rooms had everything but they just weren’t that clean. I had to wipe stuff off the wall, which was pretty gross. Not sure how simple things could get overlooked like dirty pictures on the wall and dirty mirrors, hair on counter Again, I think they try but not the greatest. ”

“I booked The Kenley Hotel for Valentine’s Day night through Expedia. Parking was valet-only, and while the pricing was reasonable, the initial wait times to have my car taken and returned were longer than expected. The valet attendants appeared to be very young, which made me somewhat uncomfortable turning my vehicle over to them. I would have preferred a self-parking option. Check-in and checkout were both underwhelming. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which……
