“Some things didn’t work as they should have such as the power blinds. The in room refrigerator was not cold enough and could not be adjusted. The accessible shower showed age by way of a big crack and rusty seat. But overall, we got exactly what we needed, and the desk staff was friendly.”

“No pillow cases no towels no toilet paper and every single room door has crow bar marks from someone trying to break in. Asked for towels and pillow cases and toilet paper and 2 hrs later they brought me a towel. Never got the rest. I bought toilet paper next door and used my tshirts for pillow cases. I've travelled to 57 countries and 48 states and stayed in thousands of hotels and this is by far the absolute worst! Someone shut this place down. The women at the front desk were nice……

“L'hôtel est excellent à tout les niveaux sauf.... le petit déjeuner très peu de choses, muffins, bagels, céréales c'est à peu près tout. Jus orange = eau avec colorant ajouté pour donner un impression de jus d'orange. Le café est bon au moins ! Décevant pour le reste de L'hôtel qui est 15 sur 10 !”

“Couldn't hook up to WiFi. Had to use our hotspot. Outside litered with beer bottles and trash. Carpets on 2nd floor ripped, filthy, and bunched up. Staff not impressive. ”
