Scott was very attentive to every text I sent & responded immediately. He included free snacks and a very clean unit. He left very detailed instructions regarding acess to unit, arrival & departure times, where to leave used linens & bedding, and where to place garbage bags upon leaving. Unit appears exactly as shown in photos posted.……
