El hotel está dentro de un conjunto habitacional; sería más como Airbnb. No tuvimos comunicación con el anfitrión hasta después de la hora del check in, por lo que no hay resguardo de equipaje!! La habitación, grande y tiene buenas vistas, pero un olor demasiado feo y fuerte en el tapete, deben cuidar eso! No odiamos dormir por el mal aroma. Ofrecen café y pequeño panes. Todo lo demás está bien.

This B&B is perfect for 1 night stay for next day flight or train. The room is very clean, spacious. Rate includes very simple continential breakfast. Giulia is very nice, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

This is an apartment which has been converted into three guest rooms. The walls are quite thin meaning you can clearly hear other guests in the hallway as well as when they are talking in their rooms. The double room was fairly old and not well maintained. There was mould present in the bathroom between the tiles and the ceiling. Throughout the stay we found several ants in the room. The breakfast is quite poor, it consists of cake - the same cake had been left sitting out for the duration of our 3 night stay, and pre-packed pastries. The location is good with several bus stops close by going towards the centre of Rome.

Cute and small B&B. My only comment would be the breakfast which was lacking - would have liked fruit options instead of packed donuts, sweets. May have just been the week we were there though. The owners are very sweet and offer to assist in any way. It was a perfect location with so many authentic dining options within walking distance. I was able to walk majority of my trip without needing transportation which I loved. Would recommend this spot if you want a quieter place away from the more touristy spots.

Appartement propre, mais je mattendais a un hôtel ! Pas d'eau dans la cuisine, petit dejeuner a revoir ! Pas de café, une machine a café avec capsule mais ne fonctionne pas, obligée d'envoyer un message pour avoir du papier toilette. Apparement présence d'une personne maisventre 11 h et 14 h heure ou jetais en visite dans Rome. Correct dans l'ensemble mais je prefere l'hôtel

Overall the property and the stay was great. There is an apartment with three bedrooms. Giulia was a great host, but at the checkout there was two unkind and strange men that received the keys. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, as this is a juice and cereal but nothing else. Also, the reality of the breakfast is that you have to look at the kitchen the food and see what you can eat. The person who fill the kitchen was sick and for two days we only had for breakfast 1/4 of glass of juice and one cereal plate for two, my mom and me. The room is cozy and beautiful with all the things you need. The transport to the downtown is perfect or you can walk to there

Complessivamente una buona struttura in zona abbastanza centrale (fermata castro pretorio). La macchinetta del caffè a disposizione per tutti una gentilezza che fa veramente salire il punteggio. Camera grande (tripla) ma con lavandino in stanza separato dal bagno. Mi servisse nuovamente qualcosa in zona lo valuterei seriamente.

We had a pleasant stay at Bonnavista Inn. Like many B&Bs in Italy we stayed at, breakfast was limited to coffee and tea bags, but they also provided milk in the fridge and some croissants. One of the room was exceptionally spacious, perfect for traveling with kids, and with only three rooms in the property, it was very quiet. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the nice view. There were supermarkets, restaurants, gelato shops, and a pharmacy all within a short walk. We used the metro every day; while it wasn’t right next door, it was convenient enough, especially since bus service in Rome seemed unreliable. The blackout curtains, air conditioning, comfortable pillows and mattress all made for excellent sleep every night.

La chambre était très bien, l’arrivée très facile, les équipements étaient suffisant. Cependant j’ai trouvé embêtant que le ménage ne soit pas fait dans la chambre en cours de séjour, 4 jours dans une chambre de 4 personnes dont un bébé avec des couches, ce n’est pas normal. Nous avons dû aller chercher nous même du ravitaillement en papiers toilettes. Je vous laisse imaginer le sol après 4 jours de cohabitation. Le petit déjeuner est mince mais suffisant, par contre il faut renouveler, la brioche déjà entamée à notre arrivée, toujours là à notre départ, jusqu’à quand ? L’emplacement est très sympa, très facile pour bouger dans Rome avec le bus et le métro. Et le restaurant juste en dessous est super !

O café da manhã é self-service e sempre tem bolinhos, iogurtes, chá e café. Na cozinha tem um forninho, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, talheres, pratos e copos para uso do hóspedes. No quarto tem ac, janela anti ruido, smartv, chaleira elétrica e frigobar. O banheiro é privativo com box. Roupa de cama e toalhas macias, não fazem arrumação diária. O local é seguro, 2 mercados, várias farmácias e bom comércio. Tem elevador e uma vista linda. Na porta tem ônibus para toda a cidade - os ônibus em Roma são seguros e limpos e quase sempre no horário. Não aconselho o uso do metrô. É central e próximo a estação Termini sem ser no centrão com as pichações e muvuca característicos.
