ROSAS, Superb apartment of 100 m2 facing the sea, 20 mt2 of terrace in the South with pretty panoramic views and pretty sunbeds, with garden furniture and comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, micro waves, fridge freezer, living room, 4 bedrooms all with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, the apartment is located in the center of Rosas at the foot of the beach, of the Port plesanse and the main promenade, we don't need to take the car to get around for the whole Municipality, all shops, and restaurants are nearby.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and porter.
