“Great property overall with top notch property management company. We couldn't really have been happier with the amenities and location. The kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. There are a number of beach and outdoor items to borrow too (chairs, umbrella, bikes) The linens and towels are good. The TV is huge! Great to watch football and movies! While the property was clean overall, the carpets had a lot of stains (coffee, wine, misc. food) from previous renters. They were vacuumed,……

“Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is nice . Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the pool , because we were rarely at the house .. Everything was as advertised. We did have issues with the A/C system , which I notified the owners of . And said they will address. Over all a great stay . We rent in large groups very often all over the country , and one of our must haves is the bathroom for each bedroom , so A+++ ON that . That is something that you cant always find .”

“I was well aware of the process for garbage disposal and the homeowner felt compelled to text me several times regarding it. She also showed up at the property, rang the doorbell twice and pulled the garbage containers to the street the night before garbage pick up. She also assumed that we raised the pool heater up and we didn’t because we had no idea where that was. I felt that Shelley invaded our privacy and didn’t trust us therefore had to visit. House was a little too far from the beach for……
